On 16-17 February 2022, the second transantional project meeting took place in Sofia and Dobroslavtsi. The first day of the meeting was dedicated to project management issues and the tasks for the period until the project closure.
In Dobroslavtsi, we had the opportunity to meet women who contribute to the preservation of their culture by passing on their traditions and knowledge to younger generations. They told us that all the institutions in the village are run by women and that all entrepreneurial ideas are welcomed.
Later we learned about the experiences of women-led businesses. Both the herbal farm and the chicken farm are located in close to the capital and both are committed to chemical-free, organic farming.They are constantly developing in small steps and are able to sell their products because of their high quality.
The visit gave us an insight into the process of product and service development, as well as the difficulties and opportunities.
